Wine culture has accompanied human civilization for a long time in an exceptional form. Established in Hong Kong, China, \u201cInternational Wine Culture and Commerce Union\u201d is a transmitter in the promotion of global wine culture and dedicator of the optimization of the ecological chain of the wine industry. With the core vision of \u201cCultural Production, Constant Innovation and Win-win Development\u201d, the union is expected to create a sharing platform for the integration of wine culture by linking high-quality wines around the world. Not simply for drinking, wine is also a journey. In collaboration with Hong Kong Sommelier Association and Hong Kong Wine Chamber of Commerce, the union aims at building a complete industrial ecological chain. We have talked to the CEO of the union about the seven sections including \u201cwine certification\u201d, \u201cwine academy\u201d,<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: What is the significance of founding \u201cInternational Wine Culture and Commerce Union\u201d this year?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: \u8acb\u554f\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1\u300c\u570b\u969b\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\u5546\u696d\u806f\u5408\u6703\u300d\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u610f\u7fa9?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: Established in a red wine\u2019s year, our union is significant to the overall wine culture. Thanks to the promotion of all parties in the entire industry, we, as an important platform, allow our members to have more resources and easily get in touch with the wine culture because of our continued efforts of wine culture promotion in mainland. According to the statistics from the Ministry of Commerce, the consumption of alcohol in mainland has exceeded 800 billion each year. Even though they are mostly white wine, the double-digit growth of the wine market in China proves that the Chinese has gradually attached great importance to the entire wine market. China has also been predicted to become the world\u2019s largest wine consumption country in five to ten years.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: \u4eca\u5e74\u662f\u7d05\u9152\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6210\u7acb\u662f\u5c0d\u6574\u9ad4\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\u6709\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u8b93\u6703\u54e1\u62ff\u5230\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u6301\u7e8c\u5728\u5167\u5730\u63a8\u5ee3\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u4ee4\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u5730 \u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u8461\u8404\u9152\u7684\u6574\u500b\u7522\u696d\u9762\uff0c\u5c0d\u6574\u9ad4\u884c\u696d\u662f\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f88\u611f\u8b1d\u5404\u65b9\u5c0d\u6574\u500b\u884c\u696d\u7684\u63a8\u5ee3\u3002\u6211\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\u5728\u5167\u5730\u63a8\u5ee3\u5728\u9019\u5e7e\u5e74\u5341\u5206\u5feb\u901f\uff0c\u807d\u5230\u5546\u52d9\u90e8\u4e00\u4e9b\u6578\u64da\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u9152\u985e\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u91cf\u6bcf\u5e74\u5df2\u8d85\u904e\u516b\u5343\u5104\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u767d\u9152\uff0c\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6bcf\u5e74\u4e5f\u6709\u96d9\u4f4d\u6578\u5b57\u7684\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u672a\u4f86\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u6574\u9ad4\u8461\u8404\u9152\u5e02\u5834\u662f\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u807d\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c0d\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c\u8aaa\u5728\u4e94\u5e74\u5230\u5341\u5e74\u4e4b\u9593\u4e2d\u570b\u5c07\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u8461\u8404\u9152\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u5927\u570b\uff0c\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6d88\u8cbb\u7b2c\u4e00\u7684\u5927\u570b\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

WL: We know that China has already become a major consumer of wine. Is there a set of standard in today\u2019s domestic market?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: \u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u4e2d\u570b\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6d88\u8cbb\u5927\u570b\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u5728\u570b\u5167\u5e02\u5834\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u7d71\u4e00\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u6a19\u6e96?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: This question is related to our first section of \u201cWine Certification\u201d. We understand that many people in this industry talk about wine knowledge solely for sales purpose without professional training. As a certified organization with an international wine education system, our union collaborates with Hong Kong Sommelier Association and professional training institutions for Greater China cuisine to provide different channels and opportunities for individuals who are interested in devoting to the wine industry to obtain international accreditation through assessment and certification.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: How will this certification be carried out? Will the union implement any compatible high-tech strategies in today’s Network Era?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: \u9019\u500b\u8a8d\u8b49\u5c07\u5982\u4f55\u5c55\u958b\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u5728\u7db2\u7d61\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u76f8\u61c9\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u914d\u5408\u5462?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: This is the key to our second section \u201cwine academy\u201d. We have launched the Wine Business School both online and offline to realize our core value of industry certification. It provides a platform and venue for interactive learning. The education system includes live webcast training and updated industry information. Based on network connection, students can communicate with each other and build their own channels to communicate with the experts working in the industry. All these can enhance the industry level with more new businesses and employment opportunities. Establishing more new wine schools can help to promote the art of wine certification.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO:\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u677f\u584a\u300c\u8461\u8404\u9152\u5b78\u9662\u300d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5efa\u7acb\u884c\u696d\u8a8d\u8b49\u4f5c\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5df2\u958b\u5c55\u5728\u7dda\u4e0a\u7dda\u4e0b\u7684\u8461\u8404\u9152\u5546\u5b78\u9662\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e92\u52d5\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u5e73\u53f0\u548c\u5834\u5730\u3002 \u5305\u62ec\u6709\u7db2\u4e0a\u76f4\u64ad\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u4e0d\u65b7\u66f4\u65b0\u884c\u696d\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4e5f\u85c9\u6b64\u7db2\u7d61\u806f \u7e6b\u8b93\u5b78\u54e1\u9593\u4e92\u76f8\u4ea4\u6d41\u548c\u5efa\u7acb\u884c\u696d\u6e9d\u901a\u6e20\u9053\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u624d\u8f49\u4ecb\u914d\u9001\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u884c\u696d\u6c34\u5e73\u548c\u5c31\u696d\u5275\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u96a8\u7740\u5206\u6821\u7684\u5efa\u7acb\u666e\u53ca\u8b93\u8461\u8404\u9152\u85dd\u8853\u5f97\u4ee5\u904d\u5730\u958b\u82b1\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

WL: Besides professional training and certification, are there any plans for public wine education?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: \u9664\u4e86\u5c08\u696d\u57f9\u8a13\u53ca\u8a8d\u8b49\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u8a2d\u7acb\u7d66\u4e88\u5927\u773e\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u5730\u65b9?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: We have another section with rich culture called \u201cwine park\u201d, which displays the history, conditions for cultivation, differences of the grapes from varies regions, historical events, wine laws around the world and so on. In the park and the museum there, wine as a cultural heritage with a history of thousands of years is showcased to enrich people\u2019s cultural knowledge. And the place is also a good choice for leisure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO:\u6211\u5011\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u677f\u584a\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u8461\u8404\u9152\u516c\u5712\u300d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u8461\u8404\u9152\u4f5c\u70ba\u6709\u6df1\u539a\u6587\u5316\u5e95\u860a\u7684\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u6709\u5e7e\u5343\u5e74\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u5f9e\u6709\u897f\u65b9\u6587\u660e\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u6709\u8461\u8404\u9152\u7684\u5f71\u5b50\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5143\u7d20\u5305\u62ec: \u8461\u8404\u9152\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u7a2e\u690d\u689d\u4ef6\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u7684\u8461\u8404\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u5927\u4e8b\uff0c\u8461\u8404\u9152\u7684\u7b11\u8ac7\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u570b\u7684\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u4e00\u4e00\u5728\u516c\u5712\u6216\u535a\u7269\u9928\u4e2d\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u6c11\u7fa4\u773e\u589e\u52a0\u6587\u5316\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6d88\u9592\u597d\u53bb\u8655\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

WL: \u6709\u4e86\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u9ad4\u6703\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u63a2\u8a2a\u9152\u838a\u7b49\u6d3b\u52d5?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: Our most attractive section is \u201cwine travel\u201d, for a journey well experienced is better than any information only read in the books. We may organize a trip for those who are interested to fly to the other side of the earth and experience wine\u2019s charm in person. Themed travel abroad is a major trend recently; we provide wine themed customized visits for you to learn the famous chateaux\u2019s history and development such as Ch\u00e2teau Lafitte, Ch\u00e2teau Mouton Rothschild and Ch\u00e2teau Margaux, as well as tasting local treats and joining golf events.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO:\u7576\u7136\u6211\u5011\u4e86\u89e3\u8b80\u842c\u5377\u66f8\u4e0d\u5982\u884c\u842c\u91cc\u8def\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u5011\u6700\u53d7\u4eba\u6ce8\u76ee\u7684\u677f\u584a\u6b63\u662f\u300c\u8461\u8404\u9152\u65c5\u904a\u300d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u7d44\u7e54\u6709\u5fd7\u6df1\u5165\u8a8d\u8b58\u8461\u8404\u9152\u6587\u5316\u4eba\u58eb\u98db\u5230\u5730\u7403\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u9762\uff0c\u8eab\u8ec6\u529b\u884c\u611f\u53d7 \u8461\u8404\u9152\u7684\u9b45\u529b\u3002\u51fa\u570b\u4e3b\u984c\u65c5\u884c\u662f\u8fd1\u4f86\u7684\u5927\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u7528\u8461\u8404\u9152 \u4f5c\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u60a8\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u88fd\u5404\u5927\u540d\u838a\u7684\u53c3\u89c0\uff0c\u5b78\u7fd2\u4ee5\u53ca\u89aa\u8eab \u9ad4\u9a57\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u540d\u838a\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u80cc\u666f\u53ca\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee4\u60a8\u7684\u8461\u8404\u9152\u8077\u696d\u751f \u6daf\u7559\u4e0b\u5b8c\u7f8e\u5370\u8de1\uff0c\u540d\u838a\u5305\u62ec\u62c9\u83f2\u3001\u6728\u6850\u3001\u746a\u6b4c\u3001\u5967\u6bd4\u6602\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u767d\u99ac\u3001\u6ef4\u91d1\u7b49\u9152\u838a\uff1b\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u60a8\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5b89\u6392\u9152\u838a\u8003 \u5bdf\uff0c\u54c1\u5690\u7576\u5730\u7f8e\u98df\uff0c\u9ad8\u723e\u592b\u7403\u6d3b\u52d5\u7b49\u7b49\u2026\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

WL: Apart from wine tasting, many people also treat wine as a long-term investment. Does the union take this into consideration?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

WL: \u8fd1\u5e74\u8461\u8404\u9152\u71b1\u6f6e\u4e2d\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u54c1\u9451\u7684\u5404\u9805\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u66f4\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u9ad8\u54c1\u5473\u4eba\u58eb\u5c07\u4e4b\u8996\u70ba\u9577\u9060\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u8acb\u554f\u9019\u65b9\u9762\u4f60\u5011\u806f\u5408\u6703\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u7279\u5225\u7684\u517c\u9867?<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CEO: That\u2019s why we set up the \u201cwine property\u201d section for investors. They can purchase foreign chateaux and castles with a freehold ownership. When the demand of Chinese real estate is soaring, it is now time to buy in chateaux with a lower price. In 2011 famous Chinese actress Zhao Wei and her husband bought a chateau in Saint-\u00c9milion for EUR 4 – 5 million and Hong Kong actress Bernice Liu also bought one in Bordeaux. The investment can also be used for investment immigration.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
