Pressurage en grains entiers avec mont\u00e9e en pression tr\u00e8s lente sous atmosph\u00e8re inerte pour la protection des ar\u00f4mes. Ecoulage par gravit\u00e9 des jus du pressoir en barriques.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bD\u00e9bourbage et vinification en barriques de ch\u00eane fran\u00e7ais. Elevage sur lies fines et b\u00e2tonnages. 15% du vin vinifi\u00e9 dans des cuves ovo\u00efdes en ciment de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Elevage de 16 mois<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMMENTARY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u200bL&#8217;oeil : De couleur jaune or assez soutenue, avec des reflets l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vert-dor\u00e9, le vin pr\u00e9sente une belle intensit\u00e9, profondeur et brillance.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bLe nez : Expressif et intense. C&#8217;est ainsi qu&#8217;on retrouve des notes fruit\u00e9es d&#8217;agrumes. Notes de pomme des senteurs florales, de ch\u00e8vrefeuille et d&#8217;acacia. Les notes bois\u00e9es sont perceptibles mais discr\u00e8tes : parfum de ch\u00eane et ar\u00f4mes de pin , notes \u00e9pices vanille et pain grill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bLa bouche : Franche, ronde, et g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse.
